Description

You will analyze business needs to define product requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and verify testing results with offshore teams.

8+ years of experience working with single platform, multi-database, or multi-business application environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements by interacting directly with business stakeholders.
• Create project initiation documents, business requirement documents (BRD), and functional requirements.
• Conduct iterative meetings with users and stakeholders for requirement refinement and formal approvals.
• Capture non-functional requirements regarding performance, scalability, security, and usability.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to verify testing results against business objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts, specifically Oracle DB.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB concepts.
• Experience with API enhancements and real-time API requirements.
• Experience in UI business requirement development.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven ability to perform requirements gathering, project planning, and estimation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare insurance industry.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
