Description

You will serve as the functional finance lead, bridging technology teams and finance process owners. You translate complex accounting guidance and end-to-end finance processes into detailed system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Validate solution designs and assess their impact on existing finance processes and system architecture.
• Execute testing validation to ensure system changes meet accounting standards and business needs.
• Identify systemic and process risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage change management and communication across cross-functional teams to support new system launches.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of functional finance or business systems experience.
• Deep domain knowledge in accounting, specifically AR, Revenue, and Deferred Revenue.
• Proven experience with Quote to Cash and revenue accounting transactional flows.
• Strong background in Billing, Revenue, and financial system implementations.
• Expertise in requirements documentation, solution review, and testing validation as a functional lead.
• Ability to translate technical system requirements into accounting language and vice versa.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Analytical skills using quantitative and qualitative methodologies to drive decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle BRM, RevStream, or Partner Revshare systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle R12, Zuora, Billing Platform, or Oracle Revenue Cloud.
