Description

You will design and build analytical dashboards, scorecards, and agentic AI workflows to support enterprise operations and GTM strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build functional dashboards and scorecards using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Databricks AI/BI.
• Develop agentic AI workflows using Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent tools to create automated solutions.
• Write Python scripts for data manipulation, API integrations, and automation tasks.
• Manage large-scale cross-functional programs with executive stakeholders at the VP and SVP level.
• Produce executive-ready decks, memos, and status updates with minimal direction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data operations.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Databricks SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks Unity Catalog, notebooks, or SDK.
• Strong Python scripting skills (pandas, requests) for data and automation.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows with tool use and function calling.
• Formal design-thinking or process re-engineering methodology (IDEO, Stanford d.school, Lean Six Sigma).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data & AI platforms or enterprise software GTM.
• Background in partner ecosystem management or professional services governance.
