Analyze business processes and drive operational improvements as a Business System Analyst.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements based on industry trends.
• Work directly with clients to define and understand specific business needs.
• Oversee implementation projects from inception to completion using data analysis and organization tools.
• Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations.
• Improve training and operational procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience using JIRA.
• Expertise in managing and handling requirements.
• Proficiency with Agile tools and methodology.
• Direct experience working within the healthcare industry.
• Ability to work 100% onsite from day one.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
