Description

You will act as the bridge between business users and technology teams to translate financial requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business and data requirements through direct interaction with stakeholders.
• Map business requirements to technology sources and define system interactions.
• Develop functional mappings, technical design documents (TSDs), and requirements traceability matrices (RTMs).
• Perform data analysis and estimation within a SAFe Agile or product-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure alignment on data flows and models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business System Analyst role.
• Strong SQL knowledge, including complex joins and analytical functions.
• Proven experience with data modeling concepts and data flow mapping.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and Netezza databases.
• Experience in Finance domains such as Management Reporting, Risk Reporting, Capital, Forecasting, or Risk/Finance Models.
• Background working within financial institutions.
• Experience working in SAFe Agile or product-oriented delivery frameworks.
• Ability to work with users predominantly based in the EST timezone.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-level stakeholder management.
