Description

You will manage the analysis, design, testing, and deployment of technical business solutions for capital market trading workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and deliver trade messaging components for FX, Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
• Manage data onboarding by validating and testing requirements with business stakeholders.
• Execute data mappings and transformations across multiple systems.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Direct activities related to the full project lifecycle, from design through to support.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with trade messaging solutions for capital market workflows.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end bank payment lifecycles and SWIFT protocols.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL statements.
• Proficiency in ETL processes, data mapping, and transformations.
• Experience working within Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of system analysis techniques, data flows, and business rules.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
