Translate financial business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and data requirements from stakeholders.
• Map business needs to technology sources and define system interactions.
• Create functional mappings, technical design documents (TSDs), and requirements traceability matrices (RTMs).
• Perform data analysis and estimation within SAFe Agile or product-oriented environments.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to align on data flows and models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
• Strong SQL proficiency, including complex joins and analytical functions.
• Proven experience with data modeling concepts and data flow mapping.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and Netezza databases.
• Experience in Finance domains such as Management Reporting, Risk Reporting, Capital, Forecasting, or Risk/Finance Models.
• Background working within financial institutions.
• Experience with SAFe Agile or product-oriented delivery frameworks.
• Ability to work with users predominantly based in the EST timezone.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-level stakeholder management.
