You will translate user requirements into technical specifications and lead analysis within a financial institution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop system specifications and requirements by working directly with systems users.
• Translate user needs into technical specifications with minimal guidance.
• Lead and drive requirements gathering and analysis processes.
• Conduct data analysis using database and analytical tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience using SQL.
• 5+ years of experience in requirements and analysis.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of REST API calls and Postman.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Technology background.
• Experience with Cloud Computing, AI, or Machine Learning.
