You will validate requirements and execute UAT for Repo and Collateral Management workflows. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business, Trading, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to define user journeys, acceptance criteria, and release goals.
• Create end-to-end business test scenarios, detailed test cases, and traceability matrices to ensure full coverage of functional requirements.
• Perform test data preparation, validate data tracing across upstream-downstream systems, and reconcile results for accuracy.
• Execute UAT, capture evidence, log defects, drive triage, and coordinate with Dev/QA for timely fixes and retesting.
• Produce UAT deliverables including exit reports, sign-off notes, and process documentation for go-live support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Deep knowledge of Repo trade lifecycles (trade capture, amendments, cancellations, rollovers, rate resets, confirmations).
• Expertise in Collateral Management functions including margin calls, eligibility rules, haircuts, concentration limits, and optimization.
• Strong ability to validate settlement reconciliation for securities borrowing/lending, cash FX settlements, and payment flows.
• Experience defining UAT strategies, scope, entry/exit criteria, and managing defect lifecycles.
• Bachelor's degree.
