Description

You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for banking domain projects, owning the requirements lifecycle and data accuracy.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create detailed Source-to-Target (S2T) data mapping documents.
• Conduct data analysis, profiling, and validation including UAT and post-production checks.
• Lead walkthroughs with ETL Development and QA teams.
• Collaborate within Agile environments to support cross-functional delivery.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in banking, including 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years specifically as a Business System Analyst in the banking sector.
• Expert SQL skills for data analysis and profiling.
• Deep knowledge of banking products, core platforms, and regulations.
• Experience with CCAR, BASEL, AML/KYC, loan origination, or digital banking.
• Proficiency in preparing BRDs, FRDs, S2T mappings, and user stories.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Agile/Scrum tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payment systems, ISO 20022, or SWIFT messaging.
• CBAP, Agile BA, or PMI-PBA certification.
