Description

Analyze and document business and technical requirements for Agile scrum teams and project initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business requirement sessions with stakeholders to develop documentation aligned with business needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and partner with IT resources to develop technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the delivery team within the Agile framework to create and refine user stories in JIRA.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and provide support for incident and defect management for BAU and project deliveries.
• Implement best practices to ensure consistency in standards and execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Actuarial domain.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Python and AWS.
• Ability to generate high-quality, unambiguous business and functional requirement documents.
• Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile scrum methodologies.
