Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Technical Skills: AEM(Adobe experience manager), SQL proficiency, proficiency in data modeling, and knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data to solve business problems

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge communication between non-technical business users and technical IT teams. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Interviewing stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs.

System Analysis & Design: Analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to improve performance.

Technical Documentation.

Creating detailed functional specifications, workflow charts, and user stories for development teams.

Process Improvement: Reviewing existing business processes and designing new, efficient workflows.

Implementation & Support: Guiding the implementation of new systems, overseeing testing (UAT), and offering post-launch support
