JD:

• Strong Workday configuration and business process expertise
• Requirements gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management
• Experience with Workday Business Processes, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Active participation in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, HR/Payroll teams, and other stakeholders
• Supporting UAT, defect management, release planning, and production support
• Agile/Scrum delivery within cross-functional teams
