Description

Own the support and maintenance of the Encompass mortgage loan origination system. Ensure system stability, manage release implementations, and align technical capabilities with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical tickets and provide actionable solutions for Encompass-related issues.
• Track release notes, review new features with business partners, and assess implementation impact.
• Conduct system maintenance, upgrades, and vendor capability verification.
• Gather and document business requirements, managing project scope and dependencies.
• Lead user acceptance testing procedures and maintain up-to-date system documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Business Administration or related systems support.
• Hands-on experience supporting Encompass Mortgage Software or similar loan origination systems.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with automation tools or job scheduling systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and server operating systems.
• Ability to analyze technical logs and interpret system behavior.
• Effective written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Associate Degree in Information Systems, Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Background in financial institutions or mortgage lending operations.
