Description

You will support a Federal Government client by analysing, designing, and validating business systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, evaluate current processes, and define future-state solutions.
• Develop process maps, functional specifications, and user stories for system improvements.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts across multiple test phases.
• Perform defect management and collaborate with development teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure testing standards, traceability, and documentation meet project objectives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Tester.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modelling, feature refinement, and systems documentation.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Proficiency in JIRA and test management tools.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery models.
• Strong documentation skills, translating complex requirements into clear deliverables.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of systems integration and process improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or interest in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress).
• ISTQB or IIBA (CBAP/CCBA) certification.
