Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation for custom web applications and JDE 9.2 systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze requirements from internal users, retailers, and vendor partners.
• Decompose Epics and Features into manageable user stories and functional specifications.
• Design technical documentation including use cases, process flows, table designs, and data mappings.
• Partner with UX designers to translate business logic into functional user interface screens.
• Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing while supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of Business Analyst experience in custom web application development.
• Hands-on experience with JDE 9.2, specifically Sales & Distribution and Pricing modules.
• Proficiency in writing User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Design specifications.
• Experience with JSON, XML, and SOAPUI or Postman.
• Ability to analyze application tables, design/extend tables, and perform upstream/downstream mapping.
• Ability to write medium-complexity SQL for data analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working within Agile practices and Onsite-Offshore models.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional BA teams.

Preferred Skills

• Estimate effort using story points and conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders.
