Description

You will support software development projects by gathering and documenting business requirements for complex data solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, including workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
• Translate system and business requirements into epics, features, and stories.
• Track requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle and identify project risks with mitigation actions.
• Write UAT test scripts and execute UAT testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst for medium to large projects.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, data engineering, or enterprise application implementation.
• 5+ years of experience communicating with agile delivery teams, technical staff, business partners, and vendors.
• 5+ years of experience with data modeling, data mapping, and data integration techniques.
• 5+ years of experience using Power BI for data visualization.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365, Visio, Draw.io, ADO, Jira, and Confluence.
• 5+ years of experience managing project deliverables with minimal direct supervision.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure data modernization initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft data engineering tools including SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
• 4+ years of experience in election-related projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional enterprise data platforms beyond the core Microsoft stack.
