Description

You will act as a technical liaison for Workday ERP systems and their related interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Workday discovery sessions and requirements gathering to define business processes and security.
• Serve as the bridge between business and IT teams for configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain Workday reports including Simple, Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, and Dashboards.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day Workday issues and resolve root causes.
• Manage Workday security configuration and provide production support.

Required Skills

• Experience with Workday reporting (Simple, Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
• Proficiency in Workday configuration and implementation.
• Ability to perform workflow and business systems analysis.
• Experience managing Workday security and business processes.
• Technical liaison experience between business units and IT.
• Ability to create dashboards across different functional areas.
• Background in technology systems analysis or project management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday calculated fields.
