Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by providing systems analysis, production support, and requirement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial triage and root cause analysis for production issues and system failures.
• Elicit and document business requirements and functional specifications for new projects.
• Coordinate testing plans and serve as the primary point of contact for business testing activities.
• Configure and maintain system tables and data elements across multiple environments.
• Develop reporting on inventory, productivity, user activity, and system performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a related field with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience performing systems analysis and evaluating business implications of technology.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex production issues.
• Experience documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Ability to manage and coordinate testing plans, scenarios, and results verification.
• Experience with system configuration and maintaining data elements.
• Capability to provide technical support for operational systems and procedural issues.
• Experience managing department projects.

Preferred Skills

• Skill in coordinating with IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
