Description

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external clients to define, document, and validate technical requirements for system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business processes following global standards and client requirements.
• Create functional and technical specifications for developers, focusing on system integration mapping.
• Demonstrate technical solutions to stakeholders to validate alignment with business needs.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, specification, and documentation.
• Expertise in A2A, B2B, and B2C data mapping analysis.
• Proficiency with X12, SAP IDoc, XML, and JSON messaging formats.
• Deep understanding of supply chain, order management, and warehouse management processes.
• Experience using Softeo warehouse management systems or similar enterprise WMS platforms.
• Advanced documentation skills using Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a user with SAP SD, IM, or MM.
• Background in application testing, process analysis, and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
