You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by defining requirements and designing functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical solutions, documenting them via Business and Technical Design Documents, use cases, and stories.
• Lead planning workshops and design sessions to assess business features and desired capabilities.
• Design business, application, and data workflows while identifying cross-project or application dependencies.
• Collaborate with QA, developers, and architects to align solutions and ensure functional results.
• Conduct feasibility and impact analysis to mitigate risks and develop contingency plans.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in preparing and executing business requirements, technical specifications, test plans, and test scripts.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
