Description
You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the WINs solutions stack.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor others in the BSA and BA roles.
- Solve complex problems through technical negotiation and decisive action.
- Develop wireframes using tools like Balsamiq to communicate requirements.
- Write and execute analytical queries to support data-driven decisions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in T-SQL and SQL Server for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, IIS, and .NET.
- Practical knowledge of Agile development workflows.
- Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS), Jira, or similar tools.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to create visual prototypes and wireframes.
