You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the WINs solutions stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor other BSA and BA team members.
• Solve complex technical problems through negotiation and decisive action.
• Develop wireframes using tools like Balsamiq to communicate requirements.
• Write and execute analytical queries to support data-driven decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in T-SQL and SQL Server for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, IIS, and .NET.
• Practical knowledge of Agile development workflows.
• Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS), Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to create visual prototypes and wireframes.
