Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation to support national medical supply management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing procedures and systems to identify improvements and develop necessary resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and work with IT teams to configure and test systems.
• Perform data mining and modeling using structured and unstructured data to extract actionable insights.
• Develop and publish recurring reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain a continuous readiness posture to support emergency management and incident response as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and system configuration.
• Experience using Power BI to create sustainable reports and dashboards.
• Ability to conduct data mining and modeling from both structured and unstructured data sources.
• Proven capability to translate complex analysis into clear communications for senior officials.
• Strong customer relations skills to manage stakeholder requirements and satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
