Description

Analyze business objectives, user requirements, and operational problems to design automated processing solutions and improve existing computer systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user requirements to identify alternative solutions for system automation and improvement.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and development steps.
• Analyze and document input and output requirements, including data formats, summarization methods, and reporting structures.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses of proposed systems and alternatives.
• Generate wireframes and manage tasks using Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems design.
• Experience with Medicaid Claims Processing.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and apply sound logic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of architectural concepts, infrastructure principles, and data integrity practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and IT industry trends.
