Responsibilities

• Document and map out end-to-end business processes.
• Verify that all developed software and systems align with documented requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and modeling.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Experience working with CRM software.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
