Lead advanced business and systems analysis to drive software development improvements and ensure seamless HL7 FHIR interoperability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and develop business requirements and feasibility studies for transitioning systems to HL7 specifications.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and scopes for HL7 FHIR-based interoperability implementations.
• Draft gap analyses, feasibility studies, and strawman models for HL7 FHIR projects.
• Assess system and program readiness for HL7 FHIR integration.
• Document research, analysis, and software requirements specifications for business units.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Direct experience with HL7 and FHIR standards.
• Proven experience in the healthcare sector.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans and implementation timelines.
• Proven ability to self-manage, develop plans, and work independently.
• Experience performing advanced systems and business analysis.
• Ability to conduct research and complete technical documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
