Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for system changes and new features.
• Model current and future business processes.
• Translate technical specifications into actionable requirements for development teams.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and WMS.
• Skilled in critical-thinking and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Scrum Master practices.
• Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences.
