Description

You will lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business and system requirements across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve business processes, efficiency, and system effectiveness.
• Coordinate the full service request lifecycle, from requirements definition through deployment readiness.
• Serve as the primary liaison between functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Lead and manage scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment for process change requests.

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience in business requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, and lifecycle management.
• Expertise in business process modeling, requirements management, and systems analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex business and system issues.
• Experience acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Experience with data management, data quality, data warehousing, data modeling, migration, and integration projects.
• Advanced SQL skills with Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft applications (HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Payroll, or Pension modules).
• Familiarity with ITIL and ICGB frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• MS Azure DevOps for requirements and project management.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
