You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution within an Agile development environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to define clear user stories and system requirements.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prioritize tasks for each sprint to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Document business processes and work with development teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Track project progress and manage tasks using project management tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Experience using Trello.
• Experience using Microsoft Project.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable development tasks.
• Any Graduate degree.
