Description

You will lead advanced systems and business analysis to improve software processes and documentation for business unit development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the feasibility and implementation of HL7 FHIR-based interoperability.
• Gather and develop business requirements while analyzing the feasibility of transitioning systems to HL7 specifications.
• Document research, analysis, and software requirements specifications.
• Develop project plans, timelines, scope, strawman models, and gap analyses for HL7 FHIR implementation.
• Assess system and program readiness and draft feasibility studies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Direct experience with Healthcare systems and HL7 standards.
• Proficiency in performing GAP analysis.
• Ability to develop implementation timelines and project plans independently.
• Experience drafting feasibility studies for HL7 FHIR-based interoperability.
• Strong ability to self-manage and work within team environments during research phases.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FHIR specification details and implementation guides.
• Background in health information exchange (HIE) projects.
