You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation for enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs with stakeholders to gather and document solution requirements.
• Build and maintain functional and technical design specifications and data flow diagrams.
• Design solution prototypes and manage the end-to-end development cycle.
• Manage external vendor relationships and participate in technology selection processes.
• Support the planning, estimation, and execution of system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in business systems analysis and enterprise system implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Domain knowledge in Finance and Revenue Cycle Management processes.
• Practical experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage change initiatives.
• Experience working within project management or agile delivery frameworks.
• Capability to provide oversight for Oracle Fusion Cloud-based solution delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to CPQ systems.
