You will manage complex programs and technical requirements across multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal resources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to draw insights and solve difficult problems.
• Manage meetings and workshops with participants at all levels of seniority.
• Identify issues proactively and develop solution options before escalation.
• Synthesize complex technical topics into high-quality deliverables for stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks and manage teams vertically and horizontally across the organization.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of Program Management experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with BI, Reports, SQL, and Tableau.
• Experience working on IT projects and digital product development in an agile context.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.
• Experience with financial modeling, ROI calculation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to handle complex programs involving multiple vendors and internal resources.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Logical approach to process improvement and conflict reconciliation.

Preferred Skills

• 5-7 years of Program Management experience or equivalent.
