Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business needs for new or improved systems.
• Analyze data to uncover insights, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making.
• Support integration efforts across multiple platforms and systems.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline business processes.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and provide ongoing production support.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong business acumen to connect requirements to customer experience, revenue, and strategic outcomes.
• Systems thinking to analyze end-to-end impacts across platforms, teams, and data flows.
• Technical curiosity to understand system behavior and translate between business and technology teams.
• Facilitation and stakeholder management skills to lead working sessions and drive alignment.
• Critical thinking and problem framing to break vague asks into clear problems and root causes.
• Proficiency in Jira for creating epics, features, user stories, and managing backlogs.
• Ability to use AI responsibly to accelerate requirements discovery, process mapping, and documentation.
