Analyze existing systems and design programs, systems, and procedures to process data. Define specifications for operating software applications and maintain complex existing applications.

Responsibilities

• Define specifications for operating software applications and maintain complex existing applications using engineering releases.
• Develop coding logic flowcharts, program specifications, and diagrams to assist in problem analysis.
• Encode, test, debug, and install operating programs in coordination with computer operations and user departments.
• Research and analyze data to derive facts and submit recommendations for solutions.
• Provide application support and troubleshooting, including participation in on-call support rotations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
• Experience with SailPoint and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of basic infrastructure including servers, databases, and APIs.
• Proficiency with API tools and business intelligence tools.
• Experience providing application support and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
