Description

You will provide analytical expertise to support analytic initiatives within the Data Operations and Technology team.

Responsibilities

• Research, elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for APCD and Case Mix projects.
• Translate business needs into system/application requirements and project components.
• Assist team members in producing functional requirements for tool development.
• Manage requirement changes and identify risks in coordination with project managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of health care financing concepts and the health care provider sector.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau for data visualization and analysis.
• Proven ability to manage scope and client expectations while building relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, including preparing and using advanced formulas and charts.
• Experience working with financial documents and financial analysis techniques.
• Ability to manage workload across multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
