Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within software delivery projects. You will own the translation of business and design requirements into technical specifications for back-end, framework, and UI development teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform business problem assessments, requirements discovery, and detailed documentation.
• Analyze information from multiple sources to identify conflicts and break down high-level concepts into workable requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to estimate work effort and communicate technical risks to designers and product managers.
• Lead or manage teams of analysts and contributors throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, System Analyst, or Technical Analyst.
• Experience working directly with software, web, or app technology teams.
• Proven track record in Information Architecture and Interface Visual design.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Design and usability testing.
• Practical experience using Agile development methodologies and practices.
• Strong ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing or leading contributors on software delivery projects.
