Description

You will provide analytical expertise to support data operations and technology initiatives, translating business needs into system requirements for APCD and Case Mix projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research, elicit, and document business requirements for data projects.
• Translate business needs into functional system requirements and project components.
• Manage requirement changes and identify risks in coordination with project managers.
• Assist team members in producing functional requirements for tool development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau for data visualization and analysis.
• Knowledge of healthcare financing concepts and the healthcare provider sector.
• Strong analytical skills, including preparing and using advanced formulas and charts.
• Experience working with financial documents and financial analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to manage scope and client expectations while building relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage workload across multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
