Bridges business needs with technology solutions through requirements gathering, backlog management, and process design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather requirements for technology and process improvements.
• Own the product backlog, adding epics and user stories while actively grooming to maintain priority and clarity.
• Elicit high-level requirements and define user journeys with business partners, ensuring user-centric design.
• Design and prototype solutions in collaboration with business units to enhance processes and drive value.
• Support agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, demos, and sprint planning, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience managing IT and/or business projects.
• Experience handling day-to-day operational requests alongside large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Ability to convert business requirements into use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience in conducting business and systems process analyses to facilitate design changes.
• Stakeholder management, balancing competing demands across multiple departments.
• Familiarity with SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Pension experience.
