You will align IT solutions with business initiatives through process analysis, needs assessments, and application maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define specifications for complex operating software and maintain existing applications via engineering releases.
• Analyze existing systems to devise computer programs and related data processing procedures.
• Prepare charts, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts to assist in problem analysis and solution recommendations.
• Encode, test, debug, and install operating programs in coordination with computer operations and user departments.
• Manage change management processes, policies, and procedures while reporting inconsistencies to management.

Required Skills

• 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 12 years with a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using Application Programming Interface (API) tools.
• Strong knowledge of systems and software development concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Advanced ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts.
• Expertise in using testing tools and effective implementation.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and execute multiple concurrent activities.
• Project Management and Agile methodology experience.

Preferred Skills

• Banking or financial services industry experience.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and creating relational database queries.
