Description

You will own the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, from planning and execution to validation and documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data migration, including planning, execution, and validation for large-scale datasets.
• Analyze source systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, and NetSuite to define migration strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements, prepare detailed mappings, and resolve migration risks.
• Design and execute testing procedures to verify data integrity and provide technical support during execution.
• Document migration methodologies, processes, and outcomes to ensure scalability.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in data migration projects with large-scale datasets.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake and in-depth understanding of ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and JSON for data handling and mapping.
• Experience working with REST APIs and SOAP services for system integration.
• Proven skills in data deduplication techniques and data accuracy validation.
• Ability to analyze source systems and define robust migration strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce sales processes, including quoting and opportunity management.
• Experience working in cross-functional or client-facing environments.
