Description

You will manage cross-channel marketing campaigns and automation strategies using Marketo. You own the full lifecycle of campaign execution, from segmentation to performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage marketing campaigns in Marketo, including custom communications, dynamic content, and user segmentation.
• Execute A/B and multivariate testing to analyze KPIs and refine messaging.
• Design and experiment with campaign-specific landing pages to drive conversion rates.
• Manage Marketo CRM synchronization with platforms like Salesforce to ensure data alignment.
• Deploy Marketo Munchkin code to track visitor behavior and manage lead generation and scoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or business systems analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Marketo, including Custom Objects, Smart Campaigns, and Flow Actions.
• Experience managing Marketo CRM synchronization with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining Marketo Munchkin tracking code.
• Ability to analyze, report, and leverage KPIs to optimize campaign performance.
• Bachelor's Degree.
