Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and implement system requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture business requirements and related test cases within Azure DevOps.
• Analyze current processes and document cross-functional impacts for new or modified workflows.
• Cascade requirements to downstream technical teams and provide necessary functional explanations.
• Lead business requirements reviews, testing engagements, and formal presentations to management.
• Coordinate system and user testing, analyze results, and provide functional support to application users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for requirement and test case documentation.
• Strong ability to articulate BA processes, including requirement gathering and system landscape analysis.
• Experience performing rules authoring to support business requirements.
• Ability to author and maintain internal and external technical documentation.
• Proven experience in process mapping and cross-functional impact analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with SAP.
• Domain expertise in Supply Chain or Warehouse Management systems.
