Description

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will bridge business requirements and technical implementation using Agile and SAFe methodologies. You will own the documentation lifecycle, from user flows to acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication across development and testing teams.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed user flows and documentation based on complex business scenarios.
• Define effective acceptance criteria for user stories to guide development and testing.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings and track task status with development and testing members.
• Identify blockers and maintain project momentum through proactive collaboration.
• Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously in a hybrid environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis roles.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and business documentation (Word, Excel).
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and following up on task status.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to identify blockers and drive solutions.
• Experience creating wireframes using tools such as InVision, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain documentation standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Access Database.
