You define and implement system requirements by bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document design requirements across multiple program areas with varying business needs.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams in remote environments.
• Develop business process maps and perform fit-gap analyses to solve complex software problems.
• Prepare and execute test plans, leading team members through testing activities and communicating results.
• Implement and test interfaces for data exchange with large, complex legacy systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Proven experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using SDLC management software such as Atlassian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to communicate technical subjects clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience developing work artifacts in support of the project management life cycle.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting software systems and uncovering implicit requirements.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and facilitate remote meetings.
