Description

As a Business Systems Analyst, you bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You own the requirements lifecycle from initial scenario analysis through to acceptance criteria and user story documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed user flows and documentation based on complex business scenarios.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings and track status updates across development and testing teams.
• Define effective acceptance criteria for user stories to ensure clear delivery standards.
• Identify blockers and drive resolution through direct collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and tasks within an Agile or SAFe environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience creating user stories and setting up Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to create wireframes using tools such as InVision, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq.
• Strong documentation skills using Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-player capacity.
