Lead data analysis and system enhancements to support business and client requirements in the healthcare domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map and transform data between proprietary and standard file formats.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business, technology, QA, clients, and vendors.
• Utilize SQL and system analysis to troubleshoot issues and validate outputs.
• Support client implementations through testing, documentation, and training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Healthcare domain expertise (providers/payers, claims, payment processing).
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in requirements gathering and solution delivery.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus.
