Description

Lead data analysis, mapping, and transformation between proprietary and standard file formats to support business and client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Act as a liaison between business, technology, QA teams, clients, and vendors to manage system enhancements, defects, and implementations.
• Utilize SQL and system analysis to troubleshoot issues, validate outputs, and recommend improvements.
• Support client implementations and ongoing projects, including testing, documentation, and training.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and workflows using Scrum or Kanban.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of healthcare domain expertise, specifically with providers/payers and claims/payment processing.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience in requirements gathering and solution delivery.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus.
