• loan product or lending institution experience is a BIG PLUS.
• 8+ years of experience in business systems working on integration, implementing technology solutions, process design and optimization, gathering and documenting requirements.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience translating business requirements into workflows, rules, and system logic in a financial services or lending environment
• Experience evaluating business processes, identifying system gaps, troubleshooting issues and implementing system enhancements to support operational needs
