Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience integrating technology solutions and optimizing processes.
• 5+ years translating requirements into workflows and system logic.
• Experience in financial services or lending environments is a strong plus.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
